Subscription limits

Epicly tracks how many sessions you process each billing period. During early access these limits are generous, and you can see your current allowance and usage directly on your Billing or Account page in the app.

How limits are counted

  • Per processed session, not per upload attempt. A “session” is counted when processing completes successfully and a transcript + recap are generated.
  • Only successful sessions count. If processing fails for any reason—file issue, internal error, or something on our side—that attempt does not reduce your remaining limit.
  • Deleting doesn’t refund usage. Removing a completed session from your campaign does not change the total number of processed sessions you’ve generated for that billing period. Think of it like deleting an email after it’s been sent.
  • One session, many views. You can create multiple recap variants, export PDFs, and browse the Codex as much as you like without affecting your limits. Only the original successful processing run counts.

When limits reset

  • Resets every billing period. Your session allowance refreshes at the start of each billing period (for example, monthly on your renewal date).
  • Always visible in-app. The current period’s limit and remaining sessions are clearly listed in your account or billing view so you never have to guess.
